BizisTech | No.1 Ecommerce Marketing Agency USA

How did Bizistech, a leading American outdoor brand, manage to boost its annual sales from 200,000 to 1.4 million?

Background of Cooperation

In 2023, a brand specializing in outdoor products encountered a bottleneck in its growth in the US market. Previously, the brand had been managed by a local US agency, which was able to handle daily operations and localization, but annual sales had remained at around $200,000 for many years, limiting growth.

Although the advertising investment was not low, the conversion efficiency did not match the overall return on investment. TACOS remained at around 27% for a long time, and traffic and conversion failed to form a sustainable positive cycle.

To achieve a breakthrough at scale, the client decided to partner with Bizistech in 2024, with the goal of building a replicable growth framework and scaling up performance while maintaining healthy profits and controllable advertising costs.

Customer industry: Outdoor products

Solution

Upon taking over, Bizistech Brightstar did not immediately increase the budget or adopt a short-term volume-boosting strategy, but instead conducted a fact-driven comprehensive diagnosis.

We conducted an in-depth analysis of historical sales data, traffic sources, listing conversion paths, keyword performance, promotion and event participation, as well as supply chain and inventory capabilities, and identified several fundamental problems that were hindering growth: insufficient product exposure within the category, low listing conversion rates, scattered advertising with poor ROI, unsystematic promotional rhythm, and insufficient supply chain support during the volume expansion phase.

Based on these diagnoses, a phased, closed-loop growth plan was developed, covering short-term conversion improvement, mid-term SKU pipeline expansion and category structure optimization, and long-term brand building and multi-channel collaboration.

On the listing and content side, we refined the product positioning and title for each core SKU, optimized the main image and detail images, improved A+ content, and synchronized it to the brand flagship store.

Images and text are restructured around user scenarios and pain points, highlighting performance, materials, and usage guarantees, thereby improving click-through rates and conversion rates.

Meanwhile, virtual bundles are designed for various purchasing scenarios to increase the average order value and enhance the relevance and weight of SKUs within the category.

In terms of advertising placement, we abandoned the inefficient approach of casting a wide net and implemented precise, tiered targeting and phased optimization. We categorized advertising campaigns into three functions: brand defense, traffic guidance, and conversion amplification. Prioritizing exposure for high-conversion and high-efficiency long-tail keywords, we adopted a phased optimization mechanism—focusing on a select group of ads daily for in-depth adjustments to ensure quantifiable results for each optimization.

By combining the Vine program with a strategy of genuine user reviews, we quickly built up initial word-of-mouth. Coupled with the rhythm of Prime, Lightning Deals, and coupons, we formed a promotional loop to drive explosive growth.

On the operations and supply chain sides, we assist clients in establishing inventory management strategies and FBA expansion plans to avoid stockouts during periods of high demand, which could lead to ranking losses. We have established a rapid response and compliance appeal process for Amazon Cases; if listing restrictions are encountered, we quickly restore listings through compliance appeals and content updates, minimizing business disruptions.

In addition, Bizistech leverages its multilingual operations team and social media strategies to organically bring traffic from external creators and influencers into its internal conversion channels, and conducts remote fulfillment campaigns in international markets such as Canada, laying the foundation for future international expansion.

Operational results for 2024-2025 (January 2024 – December 2025)

With the aforementioned systematic strategy and continuous execution, the results are significant and quantifiable. In the first year after taking over (2024), the brand’s sales reached US$691,492.7, and in the second year (2025), it achieved a leap in scale, with annual sales increasing to US$1,409,154.4.

In terms of advertising efficiency, after systematic optimization, advertising efficiency improved by approximately 380%, and total advertising cost (TACOS) decreased from 27% before the takeover to 5.6%.

The health of the product portfolio has also improved significantly, with the proportion of high-quality products increasing from approximately 60% to 94%.

Brand search volume increased by approximately 215% year-on-year, with organic traffic gradually becoming the main growth engine.

Customer repurchase rate increased from 8% to 22%.

In the international market, we successfully expanded into the Canadian market, bringing international sales to approximately 18%.

PPC advertising strategy

The success of PPC is not driven by a single factor, but is the result of the synergy between listing optimization, product structure adjustment, and promotional rhythm.

We precisely allocate our advertising budget to high-converting keywords, established listings, and high-potential long-tail keywords, and combine automated/manual campaigns with continuous A/B testing to optimize creatives and bids.

The phased and batch-based optimization process allows the team to deeply analyze the impact of each adjustment, avoiding the high costs and low returns caused by blindly increasing volume.

Ultimately, through refined targeting, advertising can become an amplifier for long-term organic growth, rather than an over-reliance on short-term sales.

Operational Summary

This case study demonstrates how a regionally limited outdoor brand can be transformed into a mature brand with scalable growth potential within two years through a method of “data-driven diagnosis, phased closed-loop execution, and synergy between advertising and content”.

The key is to incorporate every operational action into a data and metric verification framework, prioritize solving fundamental issues related to conversion and supply chain, and then gradually increase traffic and advertising.

Bizistech’s capabilities demonstrated in this project extend beyond high-frequency optimization at the execution level; they also lie in building a replicable and scalable growth model for the brand.

At last

For Amazon sellers eager to break through growth bottlenecks, short-term advertising spending is not a panacea; long-term sustainable growth comes from the systematic synergy of products, content, advertising, and supply chain.

With its comprehensive cross-border e-commerce capabilities and multilingual professional team, Bizistech can help brands achieve a leap from regional saturation to large-scale growth while ensuring compliance and controllable risks.
