Job Title: Research, Training, and Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify training and development needs within the organization.
• Analyse data and trends to develop reports and recommendations for improving employee performance and skill development.
• Develop and organize research proposals and case studies in order to bring new ideas to the company.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs and materials tailored to address identified needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create training modules to enhance employee competencies.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and needs.
• Communicate training opportunities and resources to employees, ensuring their engagement and participation.
• Plan and execute the company’s PR programs through both internal and external means.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Education.
• Proven experience in conducting research, designing training programs, and employee’s development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
