Step 1: On your product listing page you will find the seller’s name on the right side under the “Add to cart” option and next to “Sold by”, click on that name.
Step 2: As soon you click on that page a new window will open and you will see a small box with a “Ask a question” button on it.
Step 3: You will be taken to the chat window and asked to select the appropriate option in order to send your message to the seller.
Step 4: After clicking that option, a message will appear where you can write your message and attach any file if you want.
Way to Contact Amazon seller after placing an order?
The process of contacting a seller after placing an order is lightly different than before placing an order.
Here are some of the steps you need to follow:
Step 1: Log in to your account and click on “Returns & order” that you will find in the top right corner.
Step 2: On the orders page you will find a list of products that you have ordered. Click on any product you will find an option “Problem with order”, click on that button.
Step 3: After clicking that button you will be asked to select a topic under the “What went wrong “topic.
Step 4: Click on “other issues.”
Step 5: “Contact seller” option will appear under the other issues. Click on that.
Step 6: You will be asked to choose the reason from the drop-down list.
Step 7: Choose “other issue” and a text box will appear that allows you to write a text message to the seller. The seller will respond to you in two business days.

Step 1: Log in to our account click on the drop-down arrow next to the “Account & list.”
Step 2: Choose “Account” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: A new window will open displaying all your account’s important features. You will see the “Communication and Context” info section.
Step 4: Click on “Messages from Amazon and sellers” from the communication and content section.
Step 5: Clicking on this link will open a new window. From here you can see your buyer/seller messages and also the message that you have sent from the “Sent Messages.” You can also see Amazon seller messages from here. Now, In order to see the messages click on “ Buyer/seller messages.”
Step 6: Click on any of the messages.
Step 7: At the top of the message you will see a button “Reply” click on that and reply to any buyer/seller message.
